Joe photographed his first wedding for a friend in 1983. He continued photographing for friends and referrals for the next 15 years. Joe and Faith met in late 1998, marrying in late 1999. In 2004, they opened Sandpiper Studios, LLC in Aiken, SC. Joe made the transition to digital photography at this time. Faith is training under Joe and has found her own niche with a documentary style coverage of birth and children. View her work on her blog at www.faithpiper.com Joe is a native of Aiken, SC. In fact, Joe lives directly across the street from where he was born and raised. Faith is a native of Tennessee, moving to Aiken, SC in 1983. Joe and Faith live in Aiken, SC with four children. |
